- Annual Grant/Rebate checks were distributed to consortia and entities in the Carolina’s as part of the CarolinaBUY contribution sharing 10% of their 2% received from contracts used during the calendar year of 2024.  With the growth and updated contracts we look forward to working with you in 2025.
