Notice to Vendors – 025.5 Solicitation Notice

Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies 
(AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies until: 
1:30 p.m. ET, February 13, 2025

025.5-A HVAC
025.5-B Disaster Recovery Remediation Services
025.5-C E-Rate Consulting Services
025.5-D Mobile/Cellular Connectivity Solutions
All responses shall be submitted online via Bonfire by the due date and time listed above. 
Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website at 
https://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/
for instructions on how to register at no cost with Bonfire. 
 
Solicitations will be publicly opened after 1:30 p.m. ET, February 13, 2025

The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a Euna Solutions brand, to create a new solicitations portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit solicitation proposals to AEPA digitally.

 

Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website, then follow the link to the Bonfire vendor registration page to register your company.

 

Registration is easy and free. Please be sure to select NIGP codes associated with your type of business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using these codes and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.

 

AEPA is excited about the changes we are making to streamline our electronic solicitation process.
